Wedding Planning Packages
Everything You Need Package: $2,250
- Initial Consultation
- Unlimited phone and email contact with couple.
- Vendor referrals
- Walk-through of ceremony and reception location if local. (Travel fees apply for locations 1.5 hours from my location)
- Detailed day of itinerary delivered to all vendors
- Coordination of rehearsal (travel fees apply for locations outside of 1.5 hours from my location)
- Wedding coordinator for rehearsal (Up to 2 hours) and the full wedding day (up to 10 hours).
- Oversee wedding day deliveries
- Supervise vendor set up for ceremony & reception
- Attend to any requests of the bride & groom
- Ensure all wedding party personal floral is distributed
- Ensure all vendors receive final payments and gratuities
- Setup of personal items (programs, sand ceremony, seating card, favors, etc.)
- Ensure final payments and gratuities are distributed.
- Make sure that the venue(s) are set up per your instructions and ideas.
- Cue wedding party for procession
- Create a detailed timeline and ensure your timeline goes as planned!!
- Meet with all wedding vendors in person if possible and otherwise by phone or email, and keep vendors current with all updates.
- Provide wedding decor and design ideas if needed.
- Help with ceremony & reception location selection
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and guest transportation as needed
- Coordinate rehearsal dinner including location, menu and beverages as needed
- Access to any rental items that I have that will fit with your theme/look. Charge applies
- Up to a 10 hour day including setup and help with breakdown
- One coordinator. Assistant available for $30 an hour.
THE ESSENTIALS: $1,750

- Walk-through of ceremony and reception location (s) if local, otherwise a charge will be added for travel.
- Detailed day of itinerary delivered to all vendors
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Wedding coordinator for rehearsal (up to 2 hours). Wedding day up to 8 hours
- Supervise vendor setup of décor & rental items at ceremony & reception
- Attend to any requests of the bride & groom
- Ensure all wedding party personal floral is distributed
- Ensure all vendors receive final payments and gratuities
- Line up wedding party for ceremony
- Create timeline for the wedding day and ensure timing is kept.
- Meet with all wedding vendors and keep vendors current with all updates
- Service for up to 8 hours
- One coordinator with the option of adding an assistant
YOUR PERFECT DAY-DAY COORDINATING PACKAGE: $1250
- Contact person for your vendors from at least 2 months out to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Conduct your rehearsal
- Tweak the decor set up to make sure it is to your specifications.
- Check in on the couple to make sure they are holding up well during the day.
- Handle any problems that may occur.
- Insure the vendors are set up in the proper place.
- Write a timeline for your day, or if you have already written it, make sure all goes smoothly.
- During the ceremony, make sure that all elements of the service proceed as planned to make sure that the guests are seated correctly and in a timely fashion.
- At the Reception:
Once the ceremony is completed, guests will be guided to the location of the
reception area for cocktails.
* In the event that gifts are brought to the reception, the coordinator arranges
for the proper placement of them.
* Final duties will include directing the couple to grand entrance and managing the
meal, cake and toasts and special dances finishing with grand exit up to 10 hours.
* Includes one consultant. An assistant can be added for $30 an hour.
SMOOTH SAILING DAY OF COORDINATION: $850
* Be your vendor contact for a month before your wedding.
* Make a sure that the timeline for your day and distribute it to all vendors.
* Tweak the set up of your venue making sure that it is to your specifications.
* Line up your wedding party and get you down the aisle and married.
* Assist in getting your guests to the ceremony and reception location.
* Keep everyone on the same track throughout the day.
* Be your point of contact on your wedding day.
* Take care of any problems that may occur
* 5 hours after your coordinator arrives
* An assistant can be added for an additional cost.
* Travel will apply in some instances.
Custom Packages (price determined by services needed)
Officiant Services: (starting at $350)
I would love to be your wedding officiant! I pride myself in working with each couple
to make your ceremony special to you. I am totally open to any couple,
because to me love is love! Please call or email so that we can talk about your wishes for
your perfect day! Travel fees to be added for weddings 1.5 hours from my location.
Also offering :
*Additional hours for Planner/Coordinator ($50/hour) or assistant ($30 /hour)
*Rental Items, Custom Arbors, decorating and design.
*Flipping a venue. Price TBD by size of venue and group size.
**Travel charges will apply for any venue over 1.5 hours from my location no matter the reason that I am at the venue location.
**Hotel stay will be added for 2 nights for any wedding past 3 hours from my location for days that are 8 hours long or more.
